Wines on Vine is located at the corner of Old Vine St and Ransom Ave in
downtown Lexington near Throughbred Park.
The locally-owned store boasts a wide select of wines, liqueurs, mixers,
and liquors. They have something for every taste, style, and walk of life.
Specializing in sought-after wines from around the globe, their regular
inventory includes over 380 different varieties such as: domestic & imported
Champagne, White Zinfandel, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Riesling, Syrah,
Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Pinot Noir, Ports, and Ice Wines
Also available at the shop are artwork by Maria Mary Ann Pacsuta and wine accessories.

Capital Cellars is located in Downtown Frankfort, and is the new kid on the block.
They officially opened on November 21, 2006 and held their Grand Opening on
Friday, December 15, 2006.
Co-owners Daniel and Rachel Peake are excited to carry wines from across the state as
well as a large selection of other wines. Co-owner Rachel Peake has worked for
Monsieur Henri Wine Company and states that she knew she wanted to open a wine shop in Frankfort.
The shop offers free wine tasting every Thursday and Friday from 4 to 7 p.m. as
well as educational tastings on Mondays and Tuesdays. Educational tastings
cost $10 a person for five different wines.
They have a wine bar and tables (constructed from old church pews) where
customers can sample wine. Because of a recently passed law, customers can
now enjoy part of a bottle of wine at the bar and save the rest for later.

Bacchus is located in historic downtown Midway along Railroad Street. The store
is open Monday-Saturday, 10am-8pm.
Bacchus offers monthly wine tastings that are a great way to try the products and
meet new friends!
A sleepy little railroad town, Midway is a slice of Americana that will charm you
with it's many store fronts and historical gems! Spend a day strolling down
Railroad Street while visiting Midway's Merchants for gifts, souvenirs, books,
